Pork Marinade

Dissolve 1/2 C Kosher salt per 4 C of water. Marinate the pork in this overnight.

Rinse, then marinate overnight again in the following mixture:
1/3 C Soy Sauce
1/3 C water
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T honey

Tips
  • We use this for our pork chops.
