Chicken Casserole

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 large can chow mein noodles
1 C Miracle Whip (not mayo!)
4 C cooked chicken
2 C cooked rice
1 C chicken broth our boullion
French fried onions

Combine ingredients in a large bowl, except for the French fried onions. Put into a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle FF onions on top. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Can optionally add mushrooms, celery, broccoli.

BTW- I made this the other night with broccoli and MAYO- my 13 yo thought it was the best! It will be one of our family staples! Thanks for sharing!
